No: 904  Aberdeen Thread by James Dickson
Price: Euro 32

You can see it here.

Break a thread into pieces and slowly, visually restore it!

You reveal a length of thread and give to the spectator to examine. You break it into multiple pieces. The pieces are shown separate, one-by-one, then rolled into a ball. Slowly, you pull the ends of the string to reveal that it has been fully, impossibly restored. The spectator can examine everything - and keep the restored thread as a souvenir.

The Gypsy Thread dates back to 1584. The plot was mentioned in The Discoverie of Witchcraft, one of the first books on magic ever published. In the past, the effect was somewhat cumbersome and required a significant amount of setup. ABERDEEN annihilates all of that.

The spectator can examine the string before and after the effect.

ABERDEEN takes the classic Gypsy Thread trick to an entirely new level. Everything is handled fairly. No fumbling around to conceal the method: the secret is hidden in plain sight. Multiple routines are taught - including a 100% impromptu presentation.

Creator James Dickson guides you through the subtleties and nuances that make this one of the most astonishing, beautiful, elegant magic effects you’ll ever perform. Includes enough Aberdeen Thread for hundreds of performances - you’ll have everything you need.

• The instructions are supplied through a practical download link. They are in English, but easily understandable by anybody thanks to the clear video.

No: 901  Pen Twister - Pocket illusion
Price: Euro 12

You can see it here.

The magician puts a pen on the outstretched fingertips of a spectator, and covers it with a transparent plastic card.  The pen is clearly visible under the card. After a moment, the magician rotates the card and makes the center of the pen completely disappear. The spectator will see the center of the pen visibly vanish, and he will now clearly see only his fingers under the “invisible” pen. He can even open and close his fingers… the center of the pen will have become completely invisible! The magician now rotates the transparent card back to its original position, and the center of the pen reappears. As a super climax, the magician rotates the card slightly to the left and slightly to the right claiming that he will magically twist the center of the pen… and incredibly when he removes the transparent card, the pen, that was always in the hand of the spectator, is clearly twisted in its center!

• The transparent card is the size of a credit card, and can easily be slipped into your wallet.

• You can disappear the center of any pen (it can even be borrowed). To twist the center of the pen, you should use the special pen supplied.

No: 900  Face Away Deck
Price: Euro 12

You can watch the trick here.

A deck of cards is shown front and back. A spectator names one of the cards. It is removed, shown and lost in the deck. The faces of the cards begin to vanish. You deal through the cards; every single one of them is now blank. At about the center of the deck the selected card is seen to be the only one that has not vanished. It is placed to one side as you continue to show the rest of the deck to be blank. A snap, a wave, and the selected card also turns blank, confirming that it was all an illusion.

Comes complete with a special poker-size Bicycle deck.
